Completing online registration
You will need either your UCAS/GTTR personal ID or your BSU student ID. You don't need both of these to register online.
If you don't have a UCAS/GTTR personal ID, you'll receive email notification of your student ID to enable you to register online.
If you have studied at Bath Spa University previously you won't need to create an account.
You should be able to login to your existing account using your student ID number and password.
Self Service Password Reset Tool
Log in to the registration tool - for this, you'll need your student number and password.
Once you've logged in, you'll need to set the answers to the 'secret questions'. Make sure you remember the answers. This initial process is required only once.
How to change your password
Go to the University's password reset tool and provide your student number. You'll need to answer the security questions correctly. Once you've answered the security questions, type your new password (twice). That sets your password.
How to get further help
Should you run into any difficulty in logging on or have password related problems, please try using the above registration tool/password reset tools first. If this does not resolve your issue, please call the IT Helpdesk 01225 876500 or email email@example.com.
For any other queries regarding registration and enrolment, please do read through all of the information provided first and then, if you are still concerned or are running into difficulty, you can contact Student Services via email firstname.lastname@example.org.

Enrolling in person
You must bring proof of identification to your enrolment session (a passport or other form of photo ID), and if you're registering to study PGCE, Foundation Degrees in Early Years, Education Studies for Teaching Assistants or Counselling, you'll also need to ensure that you have made the necessary arrangements for Disclosure Barring Service (DBS).
