SWS Pop-in Service
Available 11:00am-3:00pm, Monday - Friday, in the Student Hub at our Newton Park Campus.
You can pop-in during these times and speak to a Student Wellbeing Services advisor about any in the moment queries or issues you may have - we will listen without judgement, help you problem solve, action plan, and signpost you to other internal and external services if useful.
When you arrive at the Student Hub you will need to check-in using the tablet available - we'll ask you for your student number and a few words as to what you would like to speak about. You'll then be able to see your place in the queue and how long it'll be before your appointment. When we're ready, an SWS Advisor will meet you in the Student Hub before heading to a comfortable, confidential, meeting space for a 10 minute chat. If needed we will book you in for a longer appointment.
We'll follow up after your appointment to confirm any key points and actions.
