Research degrees
“Doing a Master's degree in England was my biggest dream to date. There are no impossible things in life. The more challenging your goal looks, the more fruitful it will be, once it is achieved.”
– Martin Suárez Guarin, Colombia, MA International Education

Living costs in the UK are sometimes also called maintenance costs. These include accommodation, food, clothes, books, socialising and travel in the UK. The British Council's International Student Calculator can be a useful tool when budgeting and planning your study costs in the UK.
Tuition fees
To study in the UK you must have the required finances for your tuition fees and living costs.

Our visa information pages can provide you with full details and helpful information regarding the type of visa you would need to study your chosen course at Bath Spa University. UK Visas and Immigration and UK Council for International Student Affairs are also useful resources.
"When I started applying, I faced a few uncertainties about the visa application process, financial aid and scholarships. But I have to say that Bath Spa University - especially all the people in the International Office - were so helpful."
