Commons? You can't miss it on our Newton Park campus. As our main teaching building, it features superb classroom facilities, social spaces, and specialist digital resources.

Commons is the heart of our Newton Park Campus. Alive with students and staff, it boasts immersive views of Newton Park's beautiful countryside.

Inside you’ll find lecture halls, seminar rooms, study spaces, a cafe, TV studios, and computer rooms and staff offices.

Looking for somewhere to study? Commons covers over 1,000 square metres and has 400 study seats, plenty of social learning spaces and bookable group working rooms and pods, as well as a café to relax in.

Opening hours

The ground floor is open from 6am to midnight.

Some spaces in Commons (such as the café, upper floors and specific teaching rooms) may operate different opening times.
