Gardens and Lakeside

Hiscocks, Harington, and Pope are traditional halls, with individual blocks of eight to twelve students connected by long corridors. You’ll share bathroom and toilet facilities between no more than five other students. The kitchen and dining area is also communal, shared with the fellow residents in your block.

Langton and Temple are set around small courtyards, creating a cosy community feel. Your room will include a good-sized desk, single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and wash basin. You'll share bathroom and toilet facilities with no more than four other residents and a kitchen and communal area between four to eight residents.

Lakeside has a number of rooms in shared houses on Newton Park campus which have single rooms. This room type include a good-sized desk, single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and wash basin. You’ll share both bathroom facilities and a kitchen between three to five other residents.

This Lakeside ensuite studio flat comprises of a large room with a single bed, desk and wardrobe and kitchen facilities and has a separate bathroom/wet room.

There is a ramp and automatic door to access the flat and this flat is allocated as a priority to students with access requirements.

The Gardens halls are made up of blocks of ten study bedrooms and a communal kitchen (with the exception of Lime G and F blocks which contain eight bedrooms).

There are two options of room size and these are noted on the price list as Gardens Standard Room with Ensuite, and Gardens Large Room with Ensuite.

The Gardens residences also has six fully accessible rooms which are allocated as a priority to students with access requirements.

We have fourteen private studios and one fully accessible private studio with kitchen facilities, study space, and en-suite facilities.
