About BSU accommodation
We offer single, shared and en suite rooms, as well as private studio flats, across six different locations in Bath and at Newton Park campus.
We manage the Gardens and Lakeside halls at Newton Park and our Bankside House residence in central Bath. We've also partnered with Unite Students and iQ, who look after our Charlton Court, Waterside Court and Twerton Mil sites, based on Lower Bristol Road. All Bath Spa accommodation is self-catered and securely monitored 24/7.
Wherever you’re based, you’ll be able to access the best that the University and city have to offer.
Newton Park, with its lake, woodland paths and historical buildings, is ideal for students who enjoy the tranquility of nature. If you'd prefer to be closer to Bath's thriving city centre, with its independent shops, cafés, museums, arts and music scene, our other accommodation options may be best for you.
The Accommodation team is here to support you at every stage – from applying to settling in and making friends. Let us know your preferences when you apply, and we’ll do our best to make sure your halls meet your needs, and that you're placed with students who have similar interests and preferences.
Newton Park accommodation
Based near the Students' Union at Newton Park Campus, our Gardens accommodation offers bright, modern student housing with easy access to green spaces.

- Looked after by Unite Students

Twerton Mill is close to the main bus routes, supermarkets, and Chelsea Road – a popular student area.
- Looked after by iQ
- On-site gym
- Standard, en suite and studios
Waterside Court offers over 300 en-suite rooms. Its Lower Bristol Road location means you'll have easy access to buses and trains.
