Engagement and Collaboration
The Centre for Research in Early Childhood (REACH) values dialogue and knowledge sharing about early childhood research.
We engage with students, practitioners, researchers, academics, policy-makers and community-stakeholders to mobilize research to inform policy and professional practice.
Past REACH engagement events included:
- Conferences
- Seminars with guest speakers
- Reading groups
Collaborative writing: Research centre members have the opportunity to present their work in a supportive environment and gain constructive feedback in preparation for publication.
Student Engagement
Students from our undergraduate and postgraduate programmes engage in critical writing on their professional practice and current research in early childhood.
Examples of some of our students’ work:
Lauren Emery: Lauren has published two pieces of her writing in professional magazines/websites while completing her early childhood studies undergraduate degree.
