CCCI Affiliates
The CCCI Affiliate Scheme offers its members access to the extensive experience and resources of the CCCI team.
What are the benefits of being an affiliate?
As part of the CCCI Affiliate Scheme, our affiliates have access to a wide range of benefits, including:
- Our experience: CCCI staff have gained from working on successful large-scale research projects including the South West Creative Technology Network (£6.5m) and Bristol+Bath Creative R&D (£7.5m)
- Access to the creative technologies micro-business community at The Studio, the University’s town centre creative innovation hub
- Our network:ffiliates will get the opportunity to access a network of CCCI industry partners at a local, national and international level and also connect with Bath Spa colleagues from different disciplines.
- Bid writing support: CCCI's repeatedly successful research bid writers. Affiliates are able to access our three-step bid writing support process to gain advice on rlevant research funding bids.
- Wider reach: Affiliates are able to promote their relevant research and events through CCCI channels – this could include promotion via CCCI’s webpage, newsletter and social media channels.
- Events – CCCI Affiliates can be involved in, co-host, and/or participate in CCCI events, including our monthly lunchtime Creative Conversations and our annual creative practice research symposium, Doing Together.
- CCCI Writing Club: Affiliates can take part in our CCCI Writing Club, which will provide them with a platform for accountability and peer-to-peer support on effective academic journal writing.
- Career planning: Whether an early career researcher starting out or a mid-career researcher figuring out your next steps, CCCI Affiliates can work with the team on developing their five-year research plan.
