Personal statement

Paige is the Graduate Success Manager in the Careers and Employability team and leads a collaborative team of Employability Coaches and a Graduate Success Coordinator to deliver the graduate support strategy, supporting all graduates to progress onto successful outcomes, find fulfilling careers and thrive in life after graduation. 

This includes the delivery of the Careers and Employability's Grad Support Unit, which is a comprehensive package of support to help graduates navigate their careers with confidence after Bath Spa University. As part of the Grad Support Unit offer, she leads on the Bath Spa Graduate Scheme, Grad Support Unit fund, as well as utilising and collecting data to ensure the Careers and Employability service can target graduates most in need, putting inclusivity at the centre of all activity. 

As well as her role at Bath Spa University, Paige is also a member of the AGCAS Graduate Transitions Task Group and the Graduate Careers Support Network. This provides a platform for curious exploration of best practice approaches to support graduate transitions working with universities across the UK.

Paige has worked in higher education for over 7 years, previously holding roles in marketing, communications and outreach and widening participation, and has worked within Careers and Employability services for 6 years.
