Personal statement
Ellis joined CEP at the start of 2025, transitioning from the Short Course Unit department where she was for the previous 2 years. There, she worked closely with mature students seeking to enhance their skills and knowledge to advance their careers. This role allowed Ellis to develop valuable stakeholder management skills, which she now brings to the CEP team.
She works closely with management to drive and implement the University’s Educational Partnership Strategy, providing dedicated support to educational partners and their related programmes.
Ellis also specialises in research and communication skills within the humanities- Ellis is an alumna of Bath Spa University where she gained her undergraduate and master’s degrees in history. She is now working towards her PhD at Bath Spa University, researching nineteenth-century women and politics and life-writing.
