Personal statement
Chrispin Chikwashi’s role as a Co-opted Member of the Audit Committee is to support the University Board in its oversight responsibilities related to governance, risk and controls. Chrispin is an experienced senior finance executive with extensive experience in audit, corporate governance, finance, and risk management. He has more than 25 years’ international experience in financial services having held finance and internal audit leadership roles in the Asia Pacific, and Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
Chrispin is currently a board member and Chair of the Audit Committee of African Banking Corporation Zambia Limited. He is also a member of the Board Risk Committee of the Bank.
