Arthur Holt

About me

Arthur joined Bath Spa University in August 2024 as Project Assistant for the We Are The People project, which is exploring issues which affect disabled people in South West England, through the co-production of projects and events with disabled people and disabled people’s organisations.

Responsibilities include working to ensure activities and communication formats are accessible, and carrying out administrative, documentation, organisation and research tasks.

Arthur joins the We Are The People team with a background in design, having studied Sustainable Product Design, and most recently Eco-Social Design.

Alongside his studies Arthur has volunteered and worked with the arts organisation Knowle West Media Centre, based in South Bristol. He is keen to grow experience in supporting community-led projects and explore the possibilities and limitations of using design and art within processes of participation.
