Applications open now for 2024 BSU Graduate roles

Due to the success of the pilot Bath Spa University Graduate Scheme last year, BSU is proud to announce its return for 2024, with thirteen graduate positions advertised in a wide range of roles available across the entire University. 

BSU’s Graduate Scheme is now open for applications with almost triple the number of roles advertised this year, up from five positions in 2023. The scheme has been tailor-made for BSU graduates and is designed to help students smoothly transition into the workplace. 

The deadline for applications is 23:59 on April 28th. The full-time graduate roles will run for 18 months from September 2024 to February 2026 and offer a starting salary of at least £25,138. 

To be eligible to apply for the Graduate Scheme positions, you must have completed your Undergraduate degree at Bath Spa University in 2023 or be due to complete your degree in 2024. Graduates from postgraduate programmes are ineligible to apply. 

Applicants can apply for a maximum of two vacancies as part of the scheme and the roles available are:

• Graduate Library Advisor
• Graduate Communications Coordinator, Centre for Humankinds 
• Graduate Digital Fluency Engagement Officer  
• Graduate Marketing and Events Officer (Bath Business School)  
• Graduate Marketing and Events Officer (Design)  
• Graduate Networks Coordinator
• Graduate Student Recruitment Officer
• Graduate International Student Experience Coordinator  
• Graduate Student Experience Digital Coordinator  
• Graduate Communications and Brand Development Content Coordinator  
• Graduate HR Coordinator 
• Graduate Marketing and Communications Coordinator

Katie Wroe-Beacon, who successfully applied in 2023 and now works as BSU’S Graduate Alumni Assistant said:

The additional training offered has also been beneficial, allowing me to develop a number of skills and find a work-life balance. I have now established a career development plan and know what skills I need to attain to achieve my professional goals. There is a great social aspect and support network around you as well, helping you as you start your career.”
