EntreConf Go encourages the next generation of entrepreneurs in Bath
Monday, 18 November, 2024Bath’s first community-owned venue, Komedia, is set to host EntreConf Go - a new series of conferences for young entrepreneurs, providing a powerful channel for companies looking to support the rising stars of tomorrow.
From side hustles to emergent business ideas to fully-fledged companies, EntreConf Go acknowledges the importance of providing support and encouragement for the next generation.
Recognising entrepreneurialism as a growing career choice, EntreConf Go aims to provide inspiration through introductions to key industry contacts, hoping to play its part in the development of new business ideas. With this in mind, the event is offering free entry to 16–25 year-olds and encouraging budding entrepreneurs to attend.
The conference will showcase talks from young entrepreneurs, insights from advisors, and a series of panel discussions featuring BSU graduates, students, and Emerge residents. Most participants have received funding awards from the University, which supports students and graduates at every stage of business development, from ideation to growth.
