About the speaker

Kat Kinshaw has worked in the Primary Education sector for around 25 years. She has held posts as class teacher in every phase as well as successful headship, LA advising and MAT leadership experience.

Kat is currently a senior lecturer on the Teach First programme, delivering academic content to Early Years and Primary trainees nationally. Kat has a passion for empowering teachers to make positive change in the sector through research-informed classroom practice.
