About the seminar

In this seminar Ashley Ogborn presents a scoping review of the rapidly evolving landscape regarding GenAI specifically related to education technologies.

Ashley proposes there is a pressing need to adopt exploratory approaches to understanding GenAI. This is owing to the relative immaturity of the technologies and the growing body of evidence regarding its powerful implications for pedagogical practice.

About the speakers

Ashley Ogborn is Senior Lecturer, Computer Science and Business Studies in the School of Education, Bath Spa University. He has experience teaching across UG and PG programmes, with a focus on Primary and Secondary initial teacher education (ITE).
